Job Title: Healthcare Sales Consultant Location: Victoria, British Columbia Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range - $60,000 – $65,000 plus commission and bonuses We are searching for a Healthcare Sales Consultant who has proven success converting sales leads into successful, collaborative relationships while maintaining a client-first approach as they join a home healthcare team focused on promoting well-being and freedom for seniors aging in place. The Healthcare Sales Consultant will work closely with each family to help advise, coordinate, and deliver a range of services through our vetted partners to keep seniors at home as long as possible by acting as the single point-of-contact covering all needs from homecare to mealtime support to transportation and more. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Develop, retain and grow client portfolio by delivering against individual and team sales goals while supporting a positive client experience. Discover client needs and use a pro-active approach with active listening to understand their needs and educating clients and families around Bayshore Home Health services. Develop comprehensive plans for clients and families using a holistic approach to help them achieve their aging in place goals, and continue to resolve client’s challenges by offering services, products, advice or community resources. Qualify leads by conducting thoughtful consultations with clients and their family members and move leads through each stage of the sales cycle by completing consistent, effective and timely follow ups. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: A minimum of (3) three years of client experience, preferably in a healthcare, retail or hospitality setting. A minimum of (3) three years of sales experience with proven success converting leads into new business relationships. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, and ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills with a focus on finding optimal solutions for the client. A Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA), a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) or completion of a recognized program/certification in relation to Gerontology, Dementia, Customer Service or Hospitality would be considered a strong asset.
