Job Description

Guest Services: Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff. Create work schedules and manage team performance. Operations Oversight: Oversee daily lodge operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance. Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage bookings. Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability. Marketing and Sales: Promote the lodge through various marketing channels. Collaborate with travel agents and tourism boards to increase occupancy. Inventory and Supplies: Manage ordering and stock of lodge supplies (linen, food, cleaning products, etc.). Compliance: Ensure the lodge adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
