HVAC/R Chemical Sales Representative, Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager to join our team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting wholesalers and distributors, managing orders and re-orders, and maintaining our brand presence within Nu-Calgon’s distribution network. As the “face” of Nu-Calgon in the region, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in establishing trust and fostering positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors. Facilitate the order and re-order process to ensure product availability. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Nu-Calgon’s products and values. Conduct regular visits to customer locations to provide support and address any concerns. Identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nu-Calgon’s product offerings and industry trends. Make end user calls to schools, universities, hospitals, hotel, government facilities, etc. Conduct seminars for customers, trade affiliation and end users Build product displays and marketing programs for accounts Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Preferred At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience Industry experience in HVAC and Refrigeration preferred Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Must live in the Phoenix, Arizona area Ability to travel 4-5 nights per month. Intermediate on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and iPad Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
