Responsibilities: Strategic Finance Leadership Lead financial strategy for Projects across Europe. Partner with senior leaders to guide decision-making and investment planning. Financial Planning & Analysis Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Provide sharp financial modelling and performance analysis. Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional teams from operations to legal and HR. Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive commercial outcomes. Governance & Risk Ensure regulatory compliance and financial risk management. Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards. Skills & Experience 8 years’ finance experience, with 3–5 years in a Business Partnering role. Strong track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Ideally from a projects, property, hospitality, or leisure background. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
