Working with family-run business in their search for a Agricultural Machinery Technician. Location: GaydonSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 excellent bonus schemeHours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmTraining available The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical experience working with farm machinery to join a small, close-knit team. You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles General maintenance and servicing of equipment Welding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential) Valeting and washing machinery before dispatch Managing time effectively across multiple tasks Supporting team members and contributing to personal development What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential) Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery Welding skills (preferred, but training available) Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindset Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines What's on Offer?
