We are seeking a well-presented and friendly Temporary Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support during a staff absence or peak workload period. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude. Proven experience in a reception or administrative role (advantageous) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High level of discretion and confidentiality
