Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations across guest suites and public areas Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation Conduct regular room checks and ensure attention to detail Manage laundry operations and inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance, and F&B) to ensure seamless guest service Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff Step into the Housekeeping Manager role when required Requirements: 23 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in a 5-star lodge or hotel Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a remote environment Hospitality qualification or housekeeping certification beneficial Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary, based on experience Live-in accommodation and meals provided Uniform provided Gratuities and growth opportunities within a prestigious lodge group
