Housekeeper ? Children?s Residential Home

Key Responsibilities Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines and deep cleans as required Manage laundry, ironing, and clothing stock Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and appropriately Follow all health & safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures Respect the privacy and emotional needs of the children and maintain confidentiality at all times Who We're Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (residential, hotel, or care setting preferred) Someone who takes pride in their work, with great attention to detail Reliable, organised, and proactive Able to work both independently and as part of a team Kind, approachable, and understanding of the needs of a therapeutic setting
