Role: Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Belfast Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, early finish Friday Pay: £50k to £60k An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, specialising in MTC Contracts, working on Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hospitality & Leisure, Life Sciences & Residential through their Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions. The Role: Ensuring Projects Electrical Contractual Requirements are delivered on time and within budget. The Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Relevant Qualification. 3 years post qualification experience working as a Contracts Manager. Experience from a Construction or M&E background with MTC. Contract Management, Procurement, and Client Meetings. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
