The Firm Our client, a leading London law firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their busy Corporate team. The Opportunity The successful Legal PA will be supporting partners and associates in the firm's Corporate department. This role will suit a Junior Legal Secretary/PA looking to take the next step in their career Manage diaries, anticipating and handling all scheduling needs Prioritise, check, and summarise emails daily: create action points Arrange travel, including hotels and transport bookings Manage own workload, working independently and proactively Organise document management (file opening, archiving, and electronic/paper filing) Understand the billing process and assist with billing tasks using 3E Undertake typing tasks from dictation or handwritten changes Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients This Legal PA role is a full time, hybrid role, working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm Requirements Ideally experience supporting a Corporate team within a law firm At least 3 years' experience as a Junior Legal Secretary/PA within a law firm Vacancy Highlights Competitive salary Flexible, hybrid working Great benefits package To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion Birchrose Associates, trading name of Huntress Search Ltd, acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
