Sous Chef / Strong Chef De Partie / CDP Salary c.£15.87ph / £33k based on 40 hours – negotiable Overtime always available Rota Opening hours are typically (Apply online only), there are occasional late functions. You’d be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week on average and 42.5hrs per week Average finish time for Chefs in the winter (excluding Christmas Parties) is around 4pm and in the summer around 6pm.
