We have maintained a standard of 2 AA rosettes; are you the candidate that can deliver 3? As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the supervision and day to day running of the kitchen and motivating a strong team of chefs. You will have the ability to effectively manage budgets and contribute to menu development. Organisation is key and time management imperative. Salary expectations circa £48k with monthly service charge (tronc). 48 hour contract.
