Well known for its use of locally sourced, and self sourced ingredients, the successful senior chef de partie will be a passionate chef, and someone who enjoys working with fresh and local ingredients. An establishment with an incredible reputation, you will have a natural ability to create exceptional dishes using fresh and local ingredients, with an ambitious approach for career progression. The successful Senior Chef de Partie responsibilities will include; Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurants processes. Maintain a clean and organised work station. Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chef. Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations. An establishment that prides itself on a strong team work ethic, and the successful candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, a strong understanding of classic and modern culinary techniques and a willingness to learn.
