Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations Lead and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Oversee staff schedules and payroll Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
