Caretaker / Maintenance Operative

Our client is looking for a hands-on Caretaker with a variety of building and caretaker skills to work within various businesses they own in the Surrey/Kent area. The role is currently for 2 or 3 days a week and there can be flexibility with regard to when the hours are worked during the week. You should have an interest and experience with DIY projects with practical skills such as electrics and decorating. A positive, can-do attitude with problem solving skills is essential as well as a willingness to help out wherever needed. The employer has exciting plans for the future so there will be opportunities for advancement if that was of interest. Responsibilities will include - Handling building work such as electrical tasks and decorating Providing maintenance support at car parks Managing gardening and outdoor maintenance for commercial spaces Ensuring sites are clean and tidy Car driver essential Covering sites in Surrey/Kent Very competitive hourly rate Work 2 or 3 days a week Overtime available
