Youll be working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What Youll Do: Oversee the production kitchen , ensuring efficient, high-quality food preparation. Work closely with the Senior Chef Team to maintain top-tier standards. Ensure all food is produced in a timely, consistent, and scalable manner . Maintain strict food safety & allergen control procedures. Assist in menu planning, stock management, and kitchen organization . Occasionally support on-site event catering when required. What Were Looking For: Experience in high-end catering, production kitchens, or high-volume restaurants . Strong ability to manage workflow & maintain consistency under pressure. Knowledge of food safety, allergens & HACCP procedures . Exceptional attention to detail & teamwork skills . A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for quality food.
