Youll be working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM , with occasional evening shifts on a rotational basis. What Youll Do: Prepare high-quality, seasonal dishes for large-scale event catering. Work closely with the Sous Chef & Senior Chef Team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain consistency, efficiency & attention to detail in food preparation. Ensure food safety, allergen control & HACCP procedures are followed at all times. Support the team with stock control & kitchen organization . Occasionally assist with on-site event catering when required. What Were Looking For: Experience in high-end catering, production kitchens, or high-volume restaurants. A passion for seasonal ingredients & high-quality food. Strong organizational skills & ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food safety & allergen regulations. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
