My client, an award winning magical retreat set in the stunning Lake District landscape, require an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their FOH team. The Hotel's restaurant is designed to be a reflection of the very landscape in which it sits. To help achieve this, they select only the freshest locally sourced seasonal produce, which is then paired with an exclusive wine list featuring small organic and bio-dynamic wine producers. I am looking for a dedicated, hardworking Assistant Manager with at least two year of high-quality restaurant experience in a supervisory or management position, to join the team at the Michelin starred Restaurant. Ideally, someone who thrives working with and in a team, with a passion for delivering service excellence and understanding of their values and ethos. The ideal person will be focused on delivering the best experience possible for guests and is eager to learn and challenge themselves.
