Restaurant Manager

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a 5-star setting. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine pairing. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with POS systems, reservations software, and financial reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
