Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required to join our prestigious client, a food led Inn located close to Charing. Please note transport is required due to location. Some STRAIGHT SHIFTS are available. The ideal candidate for the role of Chef de Partie, will have experience of working within Gastro Pubs / fine dining restaurants and using seasonal produce. As Chef de Partie, you will be reporting to the Head Chef and will be responsible for working with, supervising and motivating a small team. Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
