Senior Sous Chef

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sous Chef. Based in Leicestershire you would be part of a team producing 3x meals per day for students and staff in an independent school setting. Duties Senior Sous Chef: Cooking meals for up to 1000 students Working over 5 days out of 7 Shifts are between 07.00 - 19.00 45 hours per week You will be working 7 days within a 14 day period You will be running shifts and guiding your team when the Head Chef is not present As a team of experienced chefs you will ensure a smooth operation Allocating tasks so that your team and time are fully utilised You will be producing food in line with recipe sheets Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage Supporting Head Chef in running the kitchen, helping with ordering, rota scheduling etc Package: Great work / life balance, early finishes Salary £32,000 Meals on duty Free parking You will have access to MyStaffShop - which includes 100's of discounts, including savings on your weekly supermarket shop and weekend treats.
