Job Description
The ideal candidate will uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions. They will be responsible for keeping work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the Demi CDP will assist the Head Chef with ingredient orders and ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and timely. This role also involves garnishing, portioning, and presenting dishes to the required standards, optimizing the cooking process, and promoting a collaborative and positive team environment. Candidate Requirements: Culinary Certificate or Diploma Ideally, 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships across all departments Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele Demonstrates honesty, flexibility, and accountability Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality Professional demeanor and attitude Punctual, self-disciplined, and reliable Keen attention to detail This is a live-out position
