You’ll be responsible for: • Conducting sales calls to potential clients and past customers, promoting Optimus Search as a valuable business partner. • Headhunting top candidates with specific skill sets. • Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content to attract the best talent. • Coordinating interviews and job offers for successful candidates. • Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: No prior recruitment experience is required, but we are looking for: • Hardworking, energetic, and ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. • Proactive problem-solvers who are adaptable and quick-thinking. • A natural inclination for healthy competition and an unwavering drive to surpass targets. • Vibrant, outgoing personalities that fit seamlessly into our dynamic office culture.
