Role Overview This is a unique opportunity for a highly technical and creative Growth Engineer (GTM Engineer) to lead acquisition efforts. Working closely with a founder, youll identify high-impact channels, design scalable lead-generation strategies, and forge key industry partnerships. With full ownership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the companys expansion, launching in new cities, and elevating its brand within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities Identify and optimise channels capable of generating 500k leads. Design and implement scalable lead-generation systems and strategies. Collaborate with the engineering team to build an automated acquisition engine to fuel the global expansion. Establish and manage partnerships with key hospitality industry organisations. Launch in-person initiatives to enhance brand presence, such as community events and podcasts. Essential Experience Strong technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent). Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a track record of innovative problem-solving. Highly autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable taking extreme ownership. Ability to unblock yourself and push projects forward independently.
