Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily service operations to maintain the highest standards of hospitality Supporting and leading the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Providing expert guidance on our extensive food and wine offering, including our Tasting Menu and wine flight offerings.
