Senior Sous Chef Contemporary Chinese Cuisine Are you a passionate and dynamic chef with a flair for contemporary Chinese cuisine? As the Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead and inspire our kitchen brigade. You will play a key role in menu development, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and fostering a positive and innovative kitchen culture. Senior Sous Chef responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning. Develop and implement creative dishes that blend traditional Chinese flavours with modern techniques. Maintain consistency and excellence in food quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise and train junior chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and evolve the menu. Senior Sous Chef requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end, modern Asian or Chinese restaurant. Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for innovative, contemporary cuisine. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of modern cooking methods and ingredient combinations. Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a high-paced environment. A genuine love for culinary artistry and the desire to push culinary boundaries. Senior Sous offer Monthly sessions for all the team to experience from massages, yoga, pottery painting and much more.
