Store Manager role - Manchester We are looking for a Store Manager for an exciting, healthy eating street food style quick service restaurant currently based in North Manchester with a second location due to open later this year in Ancoats. The role offers a range of box meals featuring steak, prawns and chicken along with a range of Burgers, Wraps and Bagels. Over the years it has built a significant and loyal following who love the food and the general vibe around the brand. The Person Unfortunately for this role we are unable to offer Sponsorship and for the position it is essential that you have Food Retail Store Management experience to be considered for the role. The ideal candidate will have a background in management, preferably in QSR brands or at the very least in the food industry. They will have been involved in new store openings and will have a warm outgoing personality alongside strong leadership skills. They will have the ability to handle a busy, fast paced environment and will be happy to have a hands on role during peak times. They will have strong commercial and team building skills and previous experience in managing all aspects of a P&L. ideally they will have worked in a structured environment but will also have experience of working in a smaller, less structured business. They will have a can do attitude and be comfortable with taking the initiative when required. The Role Overseeing the day-to-day management of the operation which includes (but is not limited to) ensuring all members of the team are fully trained, all aspects H&S are monitored and daily/weekly cleaning rotas are followed. The role will be responsible for creating the weekly rota, placing food orders in conjunction with the kitchen manager and undertaking all end of day/end of week administrative tasks such as cashing up and stock takes. The manager will also have responsibility for recruitment and the creation of a motivated and engaged team. The manager will have full P&L responsibility and will be tasked with delivering the store budget Career Prospects: The concept will be rolled out and new stores opening within the first 12 months so there are opportunities to progress.
