Sous Chef – Exciting Brasserie Reopening – St. Albans 36K An incredible opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a high-end Brasserie restaurant as it undergoes an exciting transformation. Lead a team of 15 , deliver exceptional fine dining , and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen. As a Sous Chef you will: Support the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring top-tier food quality. Oversee kitchen efficiency, portion control, and waste management . Train and mentor, the team, fostering a high-performing kitchen culture . Collaborate on seasonal, ingredient-driven menus . Maintain strict health, safety, and allergen standards . Key Requirements: 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining or brasserie settings. Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail .
