We are willing to train a chef, but they must have fine dining experience and be willing to learn and grow within this business. What Were Looking For: A motivated and forward-thinking chef ready to push for greater success Experience at Chef de Partie level , working with fresh ingredients, seafood, and fine dining Spanish cuisine Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency Willingness to learn and contribute to stock and cost control A solid understanding of day boat catch and wild catch Commitment to maintaining high health & safety and food safety standards Must have a genuine love for cooking with fish and game birds and be comfortable tasting and appreciating these ingredients Previous experience in an independent fine dining background is highly desirable Why Join Us?
