The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and overseeing project control activities in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Are adept at managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Have excellent leadership and communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Are knowledgeable about construction safety regulations and can enforce standards. Have a track record of maintaining quality standards and resolving on-site challenges efficiently. Understand building codes, permitting, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Budget Control: Manage project budgets, controlling costs and financial reporting. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Safety Oversight: Enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets BUILD IT’s quality and client expectations. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates. Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track. Permitting & Compliance: Ensure all permits are secured and projects comply with local building codes.
