You will be overseeing three restaurants, grab & go service, outdoor dining, and banquet operations generating $15–20 million in revenue. Requirements: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Experience in luxury hotels and large resorts. Expertise in banquet operations and familiarity with unionized environments. Bilingual in English and French. Background in hotels with 300 rooms and diverse banquet offerings.
