With employees in Hawaii, Washington, Florida, and Portugal, we cater to discerning travelers looking for unique and luxurious experiences. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Agent at Empress Travel Club. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing concierge services. In addition to a salary, travel benefits will be provided. Location can be anywhere in the USA or Canada, but the West Coast time zone is preferred. Qualifications Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills Customer Service and Sales experience in the luxury market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in the luxury travel industry Ability to work independently and remotely; self driven Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is beneficial Experience with Sabre, Asana, Outlook, Notion, and Axus is beneficial Being well travelled is beneficial Experience as a travel agent and/or in luxury hotel management is required
