The Business Operations Associate is responsible for monitoring and managing daily ArrowSphere Cloud transactional bill feed activity to ensure sales order progression, and timely invoicing to customers for assigned vendors. What You'll Be Doing: Monitor / manage daily ArrowSphere Cloud bill feeds. (Microsoft) Manual intervention to address order progression failures. Address customer invoice disputes via invoice to bill feed compare and input from Sales. Initiate RMA (credit) and rebills. Off-platform manual billings as needed. Monitor / manage open order backlog report to ensure timely invoicing to customers. Case management in SalesForce. Proactively notify Account Rep of delinquent customers that require engagement and account corrective actions. Manage vendor invoice to Arrow PO reconciliation process for AP payment to vendor. What We Are Looking For: 2 years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel. Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent) The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred) Experience with Salesforce.
