Project Lead - Full Stack Development

Role : Project lead. Job Location - Kakkanad, Kochi. Qualification - MCA/BCA /B. Tech /B.sc COMPUTER SCIENCE. Experience : 7 to 10 years. Responsibilities : - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET Core and Angular developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Contribute to the design and architecture of the Hospitality ERP system. - Utilize your extensive experience in full-stack development to understand and contribute to both backend (.NET Core) and frontend (Angular) development efforts. - Leverage your strong expertise in .NET Core to oversee and contribute to the development of robust and scalable backend components and APIs. - Utilize your experience in JavaScript and Angular to guide the development of user-friendly and efficient frontend interfaces. - Ensure the development team adheres to coding standards, conducts thorough code reviews, and implements unit testing to maintain high code quality. - Utilize your proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting .NET and Angular applications to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. - Oversee and contribute to the design and management of relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Oracle DB, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Lead the development and integration of Web APIs to facilitate communication between different components of the ERP system and with external systems. - Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary and implementing effective mitigation strategies. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality of the delivered software through effective testing and defect management processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team. Skill Set & Experience (Detailed) : - 7 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack software development, encompassing both frontend and backend technologies. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on and in-depth experience in developing applications using .NET Core framework. - Minimum 2 years of practical experience in developing frontend applications using JavaScript and the Angular framework (version [Specify version if known, e.g., 8]). - Strong foundational understanding of .NET and Angular programming concepts, including dependency injection, asynchronous programming, component-based architecture, and unit testing frameworks. - Proven ability to effectively debug and troubleshoot complex issues in both .NET Core and Angular applications, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques. - Extensive experience working with .NET development tools such as Visual Studio and Angular CLI for project setup, development, and build processes. - Deep familiarity with relational database management systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, querying, and stored procedures. - Solid experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core. - Strong proficiency in the C# programming language and experience with Language Integrated Query (LINQ). - Proficiency in working with Oracle Database, including querying and basic database operations. - Experience with version control systems, specifically GIT, for managing code repositories, branching strategies, and collaborative development. Qualifications : - MCA/BCA /B. Tech /B.sc (Computer Science) or equivalent degree in a related field.
