Our client, one of the most talked-about dining destinations in East Sussex and Kent, is now looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager will have the opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business, with further expansion in the pipeline, and the right candidate will have huge potential for progression. The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager is someone with: Experience in a senior role in a fine dining or premium restaurant Experience and who has a genuine interest in wine, particularly finer wine. A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests and leading a team Confident in managing stocks, budgets, and financial targets Is reasonably tech proficient, and able to create and use simple spreadsheets (Excel) to assist with tracking costs Organized and detail-focused, with a passion for training and mentoring Honest and open with a thirst to learn Excellent, friendly communicator, both written and in person AMRT1_UKCT
