Senior Sous Chef East Sussex temporary accommodation provided

Our client, one of the most talked-about dining destinations in East Sussex and Kent, is now looking for a Senior Sous Chef. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have the opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business, with further expansion in the pipeline, and the right candidate will have huge potential for progression. We are open seven days a week for dinner only and at lunch on weekends. Reporting directly to the Exec Head Chef you will have a deep understanding of seasonal, particularly British food and have a passion to prepare,cook and present delicious plates of food,in the Grand European tradition,using the very best ingredients, particularly British.
