Thatchers Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set in the heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. There are 87 guest rooms in total, including double, twin, family and interconnecting rooms. For extra comfort and convenience, Thatchers also offers guests the use of free onsite parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. With its high-tech facilities and ample parking, Thatchers Hotel a great place to do business. Thatchers boasts six meeting rooms in total, all equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, screening and I.T solutions. Just under an hour away from London and lying between Guildford and Leatherhead, in the village of East Horsley, Thatchers Hotel is the perfect city escape. We are perfectly positioned to explore the many local attractions in the surrounding area. We are looking for an enthusiastic CDP Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service; Your responsibilities will include : Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section About you: Passionate about food and mouth watering taste combinations .
