Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway, ensuring smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance. Prepare staff work schedules and handle shift management. Motivate and lead the team to maintain efficiency and morale. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
