Key Responsibilities: Lead the kitchen team and ensure high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Create seasonal menus while managing food costs and ensuring quality control. Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management and ordering. Collaborate with hotel management on special events and guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
