This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow What You'll Be Doing Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts. Researches and responds to customer inquiries expeditiously and with accuracy. Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers. Owns the end-to-end quotes and order process for specified suppliers and customers. Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems. Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. Attend and participate in customer and supplier calls about metrics, understand products and programs, and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members. What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in similar roles providing Customer Support or Sales Support. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Lookup & Reference, Logical functions). Advanced English skills (Conversational and written) ERP/CRM experience (systems such as Oracle or Salesforce). The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred) Knowledge of BOM process.
