Key Responsibilities : Manage and supervise the fish and seafood department, including staffing. Maintain the highest standards in the preparation, display, and presentation. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service Assist in product selection and cooking advice. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality products. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Create appealing displays that highlight the quality and freshness of products.
