Sous Chef - Michelin Star We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, Michelin starred Sous Chef to join a chef patron and team in Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth. The sous chef will be responsible for bringing vision and depth of knowledge to the existing menu offering & creating dishes that fit alongside their tasting menu. The Perks As the Sous Chef you can look forward to the following: Salary basic of up to £40,000 depending on experience. 4 days on 3 days off £300- £600 a month in service Meals on duty Good service training provided. They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland. The Person The ideal Sous Chef will have the following. Experience as a Sous or Head chef in a Michelin starred setting. Green Michelin star background beneficial knowledge of seasonal garden produce calm and composed persona. Excellent attention to detail Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area.
