Chef de Partie - New Milton - Up to £27,000 - Live in An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a leisure park in the heart of the New Forest with easy access to the seafront so a stunning location to live and work. Live in Accommodation in a holiday home can be provided if you don't live close by. The chefs here work just 40 hours usually 12-9 shifts but if you work over 40 you get paid over time which is very refreshing Key Information: Salary: £27,000 Hours: 5/7 days on straight shifts usually 12pm-9pm Location: Near Christchurch so easy access to the vibrant Seaside town of Bournemouth On top of a great salary of up to £27,000, you will also get some great benefits Fantastic training and development Career Opportunities Live In is an option Duties include: To support the Head Chef To set and maintain standards. To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state. To liaise with customers, to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate.
