About you Educated to third level, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role OR Minimum 5 years recent experience in a generalist HR role Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging HR environment Hands on experience of employee relations matters and current employment legislation Experience of the development and implementation of best practice and HR initiatives with clear business focus Eligibility to live and work in the UK Possess a current driving licence and the use of a vehicle for business use or have access to a form of transport that will permit you to meet the requirements of the post What you'll do Provide professional advice and guidance to Management relating to HR issues To be fully conversant with employment law, and to provide advice and guidance to Management Providing generalist HR support to all sites Assisting with relocation of International staff Management of HR related administration, including site audits Production of relevant HR reports on a regular and timely basis Assisting with the provision of information to the Equality Commission (e.g. annual monitoring return & Article 55 review) For further information on this job, or any other HR job in Belfast or Northern Ireland, apply via the link below or contact Emma Hall for a confidential chat today.
