Electrical Contracts Manager

Your new company With over 45 years of experience, this well-established Building Services Contractor specialises in Mechanical, Electrical, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning solutions across the UK and Ireland. Due to recent bid successes and an increased workload, they are currently seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and hospitality projects throughout the UK. Your new role The successful candidate will manage large-scale electrical installation contracts, provide troubleshooting solutions as needed, and ensure all design, programming, technical, and financial aspects of multi-million-pound projects are on schedule. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager, having managed electrical contracts worth £1M and possessing a good understanding of contractual obligations. You should be a fully qualified Electrician or hold an HNC or higher in a related Electrical Engineering/Building Services discipline. Typical weekly travel will be 2-3 days.
