I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead their brigade for their quality gastropub with 6rms and serving around 450cv / wk in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton. The successful Head Chef must have strong experience for 2yrs as Snr Sous or Head Chef cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants with 3/4 hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
