We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at our Motorsport site. Location: TN163BN Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday-Friday between 07:00-17:00 with occasional weekends and overnight when required. Salary: £46,800 per annum (Overnight 1.5 premium) Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the daily operations for Business & Industry (B&I) catering, bespoke race day catering, and hospitality services, ensuring high standards of food quality, timely service, and client satisfaction across all areas Supervise a core team of 6 permanent employees in the Murrays B&I team and a dynamic race day catering team of 10-12 staff, providing leadership, training, and motivation to ensure effective teamwork and the smooth execution of all catering events Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action.
