Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities: As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following: Overseeing the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Implementing and monitoring cost control strategies to improve profitability. Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Leading and developing the finance team to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Liaising with external stakeholders such as Auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting or Finance. At least 5 years of experience in a financial management or controlling role. Experience in the hospitality industry (essential). Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost management and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
