Front of House / Maintenance Couple

Candidate requirements: Drivers License and own transport Fluent English, written and spoken as well as good Afrikaans Ability to work independently and under pressure with great attention to detail Sober habits and non-smoker Front of House: Degree or Diploma in hospitality preferable Minimum of 3 years in a similar role Great administrative skills with knowledge on stock and maintaining stock levels Excellent client and interpersonal skills to deal with difficult situations. Computer literate with Nightsbridge and SAGE knowelegde (beneficial) Professional & well groomed. Can work independently and as part of small multicultural team. Maintenance: Minimum 3 years experience with grounds, equipment and building maintenance. Ideally on a remote lodge or farm. ​ Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage a small team 4-5 staff. Requires strong technical skills: basic electrical, plumbing, sewerage, gas geysers, borehole pumps, pressure pumps, solar power, grounds and building maintenance, pools, fencing, fireguards and road maintenance. Knowledge of first aid and safety regulations and procedures. This is a live-in role with 1 meal per day while on duty.
