Job Description

What Youll Be Doing: Proactively source and close new business from key markets including travel trade, corporates, events, and group bookings. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and hosting site visits. Represent our properties at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Track sales performance and help shape strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. What Were Looking For: A naturally outgoing, confident communicator who thrives on connection. Proven experience in hospitality sales (lodges, hotels, travel trade, or MICE a bonus). Self-driven, target-focused, and not afraid to chase opportunities. Excellent time management, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude.
